Shipping Policy for Attentiv

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days. Standard shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Please note that delivery times commence from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on delivery method and weight/size of the items.
